James has been developing technology in the process serving industry for 19 years! His experience producing and implementing efficient and creative software for legal professionals made him the obvious choice for this role.

As Program Manager, James leads the evolution of the EZ Knock Marketplace by taking innovative ideas and tools and turning them into reality.

Ashley Todd

EZ Knock User Excellence Manager

Ashley's years in the customer service industry allows her insight into how essential user experience can be.

As the User Excellence Manager, Ashley strives to provide understandable, informative, and creative help content for EZ Knock users. In addition to her role as help desk content extraordinaire Ashley is hands on working closely with the program manager creating and implementing new tools and features for the marketplace.
